Body Toning is another form of body conditioning or resistance training using free weights and/or resistant bands. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. A great class to add variety to your exercise regimen.
High Fitness

High Fitness is a hardcore fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love, and intense, easy to follow choreography. It combines FUN (pop songs of old and new that everybody knows and loves) with INTENSITY (interval, plyometrics and cardio). High Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. No better way to describe it then "body sculpting fun!"

Stability Ball

The Stability Ball class can train your whole body with fun and innovative moves. Stability ball exercises is effective in building balance, stability, and pillory strength (foundation for all movement consisting of your hip, core, and shoulder stability).
Yoga Fit

A complete mind and body workout that combines dynamic breathing and strong flowing movement to create a high-heat and high-energy workout. Participants learn a sequence of postures that build strength, unwind tight joints and muscles. Develop concentration and reduce stress. This is a mixed level class. Wear non-restrictive "in standards" clothing and bring a towel or yoga mat.
Zumba®

A dynamic workout that will blow you away! This workout fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow routines using interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest in to the mix and you've got Zumba®!
