Culture Night Practices

University spaces for the purpose of Culture Night practice will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and be assigned by the following criteria:

• date of submission
• number of registered club members after Club Fest

Requests can only be submitted by a club's assigned Student Leadership and Service Supervisor. Requests from any other party will be denied.

The last day to submit your club's Culture Night practice space will be Friday at 5 pm the week after Club Fest. Late requests will not be accommodated unless a change is deemed necessary to make by our office. Change requests must be submitted to our office via email at scheduling@byuh.edu

Once the deadline has passed for Culture Night practice submissions, there will be NO changes to Culture Night Practice spaces unless previously approved and scheduled by the University Scheduling department.

All bookings for Culture Night practices must be submitted through this form. University Scheduling will not accept any submissions made through Virtual EMS.
