As a student at BYU–Hawaii, you may need to schedule a room as part of your on-campus employment, a ward calling, or just for your own academic study time. As you look through our scheduling website, please consider which role your are scheduling for.
Our friendly staff is trained to help you through the process. Please feel free to reach us via email, phone, or drop by our office in Lorenzo Snow Building Room 218.
BYU–Hawaii students may request rooms for their own independent academic study and small group sessions up to 2 business days in advance. Rooms are available in the Aloha Center, Heber J. Grant Building, McKay Classroom Building, and the Dance Studio. The length of time requested may be up to 2 hours. Due to the high demand for rooms, no back-to-back scheduling by the same student is permitted.
