Student Scheduling

As a student at BYU–Hawaii, you may need to schedule a room as part of your on–campus employment or just or your own academic study time. As you look through our scheduling website, please consider which role you are scheduling for.

Our friendly staff is trained to help you through the process. Please feel free to reach us via email, phone, or drop by our office in the Lorenzo Snow Administration Building room 218.

BYU–Hawaii students may request rooms for their own independent academic study and small group sessions up to two business days in advance. Rooms are available in the Aloha Center, Heber J. Grant Building, David O. McKay Classroom Building, and McKay Gymnasium. Three hours is the maximum length of time that can be scheduled. Due to the high demand for rooms, back-to-back reservations by the same student is not permitted.

Student Scheduling Account Activation Request
BYU–Hawaii students may be approved for access for online scheduling to reserve study rooms on campus. Please submit your information below. Accounts will be activated during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm not including holidays. A temporary password will be emailed to you upon notification of activation.
