Community Event Scheduling

BYU–Hawaii welcomes the Ko'olauloa community and beyond to use campus facilities for special events and activities.

Campus facilities are used primarily for educational purposes. However, facilities and services are available to the community for unique circumstances.

Get started with these simple guidelines:

1. Read our Community Event Policies.

2. Think through what you want your event to be. The Event Planning Tips will help you understand your responsibilities and what we will help you with.

3. Contact Event Services & Outreach for pricing. Submit your request using the online Community Event Scheduling Request form to submit your needs up to 90 days prior to the event. For sports practices, complete the Community Sports Request form. See Community Events Frequently Asked Questions for more information.

4. Private events such as wedding receptions, bridal showers, baby parties, etc. are not allowed unless you are from the Laie YSA 1st, 2nd, and Married Student stakes. If you are, please visit https://eventservices.byuh.edu/event-services/laie-ysa-lms-scheduling for more information.
